Sir,
The Committee desire me to inform you that they wish to recommend Miss E. Youry to the Secretary of State as a suitable candidate for the post of Nursery Sister at Hong Kong, in place of Miss Prendergast, resigned.
Miss Youry has accepted the terms offered and has been given a copy of the Rules in force at the Hong Kong Civil Hospital, which she is prepared to carry out.
She has lately added dispensing to her other qualifications in order to meet the point contained in your letter from the Department of the 24th of July 1903.
Herewith I beg to enclose Miss Young's application and papers.
